Rob Oley
Director of Compliance

Robert Oley joined Cascade management as Director of Compliance in May of 2017.  Responsible for ensuring, maintaining and monitoring Cascades affordable housing program, Mr. Oley oversees compliance for the companywide portfolio totaling over 250 properties, spanning across two states.  He provides leadership to a team of eleven employees. 

Arriving at Cascade with over 26 years of success in the multifamily industry, Mr. Oley possess proven experience in the affordable housing industry.  Throughout his career, Mr. Oley has held numerous executive positions, most recently at Conifer Realty, where he served as the Director of Compliance.  Prior to his tenure with Conifer Realty, Mr. Oley served as Director of Compliance for Pennrose Management and as President of Crest Compliance Services. 

Mr. Oley has received numerous industry certifications and designations including Housing Credit Certified Professional (HCCP), Specialist in Housing Credit Management (SHCM), Certified Specialist of Occupancy (CSO-PH) and Certified Specialist of Inspection - Uniform Physical Condition Standards (CSI-UPCS).  Additionally, he is a respected public speaker on all aspects of affordable housing compliance management.
