Cascade Management, Inc. is committed to ensuring that all staff are trained and have the tools necessary to succeed in their positions.

All employees go through a comprehensive training upon hire which includes:

  • Company Policies & Procedures
  • Agency Regulations
  • Landlord Tenant Law
  • Safety Training
  • Fair Housing Training

New employees are trained at one of our corporate office locations upon hire; their training is enhanced and followed up with additional training in the field at their work site within a few months of hire.

Cascade Management, Inc. also holds corporate wide trainings several times throughout the year. These training sessions focus on keeping staff up to date on the latest changes in agency regulations, safety awareness, maintenance and occupancy, fair housing, and general corporate training on changes within the company.

Cascade Management, Inc. is also committed to continuing education and assists employees with furthering their knowledge and education with regards to their position within the company.
