Dave started in the multifamily housing management, consulting and development business in 1993. He holds a degree in Business Administration and Consulting and a real estate property management license.

As President and CEO of Cascade Management, Inc. Dave supervises all Executive Staff and Employees. Since his employment, the company's portfolio has grown to more than 17 times its original size. This has been accomplished while maintaining Cascade's high level of commitment to service and quality. He currently volunteers on several housing industry committees and is a volunteer presenter and educator for several industry associations.  Dave's recent speaking engagements have included topics related to property management best practices, asset preservation, development acquisition and refinance, organizational diversity and culture, budgeting, training and organizational capacity.
