Jim joined Cascade Management in 2022 and is an experienced property management leader with over 30 years of accomplishments in all aspects of residential multifamily. To give back to the industry he is so passionate about, Jim recently served as Chief Executive Officer (CEO) of the Washington Multi-Family Housing Association (WMFHA). He was honored as a recipient of the National Apartment Association's Excellence Award for Association Executive of the Year and served on the Board of Directors for NAA. Prior to joining WMFHA, Jim led the property management division of a prominent real estate firm as Senior Vice President, where he worked for over 20 years. Jim is a past Board President of Multifamily Northwest and has earned his Certified Apartment Portfolio Supervisor (CAPS) and Certified Property Manager® (CPM®) professional designations.
