Cascade Management is thrilled to welcome Stephanne Beauchamp to the Cascade team, who began with Cascade in October of 2013. Her previous position was with Paychex Inc. as an HR consultant for small to medium size businesses. She has been in the HR field for 11 years and brings a comprehensive knowledge base of various industries to Cascade, which has afforded her a wide variety of experiences and scenarios in the HR field. Stephanne has an extensive background in federal and multi-state laws from her consulting experience in all 50 states. She has had her PHR certification since 2012 and is a current member of SHRM and PHRMA.
