Welcome to your new home, M Carter Commons! M Carter Commons is a brand-new 55+ affordable housing community located in Portland, OR that features studios and 1-bedroom homes. M Carter Commons is an income restricted community. All residents must meet these income limits to qualify for homes at M Carter Commons. Tenant or Section 8 vouchers are accepted.
Resident Priorities:
- N/NE Preference Policy households for all non-PBV units
- Home Forward waitlist for the PBV units
- Urban League Senior Services clients
- General public
The Urban League of Portland will provide onsite resident services.
Each affordable unit comes equipped with air conditioning, a ceiling fan, refrigerator, electric range, and dishwasher, with water, sewer, and garbage included. Residents have access to on-site laundry facilities, two elevators, a community room, and a bike room.
