Welcome to your new home, The Baker Building! The Baker Building is an affordable housing community in Astoria, OR that features fully furnished studio homes. Each studio features a fully furnished bed with pillows and bedding, dining table with chairs, nightstand, dresser, kitchenette, refrigerator, and towels. The Baker Building is an income restricted community. All applicants must meet these income limits to qualify for homes at The Baker Building. This affordable community is 100% referral based. All households interested in The Baker Building must be referred by Clatsop Community Action (CCA) to apply for homes at The Baker Building.
